CommuniCare Health seeks an experienced LPN Nursing Manager for Battlefield Park Healthcare Center in Petersburg, VA. The role leads a skilled nursing team and partners with administration to advance resident care quality.

This position requires a current LPN license and leadership in long-term care, with a focus on QI, infection control, and staff development in a caring, resident-centered culture across CommuniCare facilities.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current LPN license in the state of the center.
• Train The Trainer certificate for STNA training is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LPN team as Nursing Manager with QI and infection-control duties.
• Coordinate staff development and ongoing training.
• Support senior leadership to improve resident outcomes in long-term care.
