• Active license to practice as a nurse in the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as required by Nursing Director or Supervisor.
• Maintain and review Nursing Service Procedures Manual and discharge plans.
• Approve staffing plans, supervise shifts, and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Perform administrative duties including charting, forms, reports, and incident reports.
