Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven supervisory and leadership skills and be able to handle stressful situations.
• Three to five years working in geriatric, long-term or home care nursing preferred.
• Current PA nursing license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with selection, employment, orientation, development, evaluation and coaching of associates.
• Complete admission and annual evaluations, assessments and support plans per DHS regulations.
• Coordinate resident care and maintain professional relationships with providers, families and agencies.
• Monitor medication cart and MAR for accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
