Job summary

Merakey is seeking a part-time LPN to join the Season's residential LTSR program in Chestnut Hill, PA. The role is every other Saturday and Sunday, 4:00p–12:00a, with a pay rate of $32.78 per hour.

You will assess residents, review MARs, and document nursing notes per orders, while supporting team processes and compliance. Join Merakey’s non-profit organization dedicated to developmental and behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments of psychiatric/medical conditions for residential Program.
• Complete medication administration record (MAR) reviews.
• Completes nursing notes for each resident. Administer/document medication and therapeutic treatments as prescribers' orders when on shift.
• Engage in staff team-oriented processes and compliance with respective job functions as a needed.
• Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate
