Merakey is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Season's residential LTSR program in Chestnut Hill, PA. The role is scheduled for every other Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with a pay rate of $32.78 per hour.

The LPN will perform assessments, MAR reviews, and nursing notes, ensuring compliant care for residents. Responsibilities include administering medications per prescriber orders, engaging with a team, and handling additional duties as assigned.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.

This role is part-time, every other Saturday and Sunday 4:00p - 12:00a.

The LPN will:

• Provide assessments of psychiatric/medical conditions for residential Program.
• Complete medication administration record (MAR) reviews.
• Completes nursing notes for each resident. Administer/document medication and therapeutic treatments as prescribers' orders when on shift.
• Engage in staff team-oriented processes and compliance with respective job functions as a needed.
• Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate
