Responsibilities

• Assist in management, planning and provision of patient care.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants under supervision.
• Visit each patient daily to evaluate needs and care effectiveness.
• Transcribe orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain current patient care plans and coordinate with other services.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Notify supervisor of changes in patient condition and staffing needs.
