Qualifikationen

• Education: nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licenses/Certifications: current unrestricted LPN license in practicing state.
• Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Direct the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants and resident care associates in accordance with current regulations and policies.
• Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for the residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as per physicians’ orders and observe for adverse effects.
• Participate in admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Ensure infection control principles are followed and maintain accurate documentation.
