The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Jamestown, OH, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time positions. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing activities, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should possess a nursing degree, CPR certification, and a valid LPN license.

Competenze

• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification, if applicable.

Mansioni

• Directs the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assesses changes in residents’ status and notifies the physician.
• Prepares and administers medications as per physicians’ orders.
• Provides nursing leadership to nursing personnel assigned.
