Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Baltimore, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on the unit. Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe changes and notify the charge nurse or physician.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of the LPN license.
• Monitor medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports and charting as necessary.
