Lahser Hills Care Centre in Southfield, MI, is seeking an LPN to join its award-winning nursing team. You will perform varied treatments, administer meds, and support patient well-being within a strong interdisciplinary team.
The role offers flexible scheduling, full or part-time options, afternoon/evening shifts, and competitive hourly pay with hero pay and shift premiums. Tuition assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.
Competenze
- Licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, or higher in nursing or related field.
- Strong ability to assess patient needs and develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
Mansioni
- Perform treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed and explain changes to patients and families.
- Provide preventive and supportive care for patients' physical and psychosocial well-being.
- Supervise Nurse Aide team and contribute to training and evaluations.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients and families.
