Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit.
• Administer and document current medications and treatments.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiate life-saving measures if physician is unavailable.
• Deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise care staff on your unit.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for assigned residents.
