• Current, unencumbered state LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Identify problems and emergencies, initiating life-saving measures when needed.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise care staff on your unit.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
