Arbor Acres United Methodist Retirement Community Inc in Winston-Salem is seeking a full-time LPN to join the nursing team and support CNAs in delivering high-quality resident care. You will verify resident identities, administer medications, and document MAR to ensure accurate care records.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers, while maintaining up-to-date patient information.

Qualifications

• Must have English language proficiency (reading/writing/speaking).
• Ability to perform general math calculations (pill counts, etc.).
• Value other staff and residents to promote a healthy team environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dresses wounds, administers medications, and records MAR.
• Verifies resident identities and maintains medical records.
• Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Supports CNAs to ensure care at the highest level.
• Promotes effective teamwork and resident safety.
