Responsibilities include vitals, orders management, documentation, and providing emotional support to residents and families. CPR certification and active LPN license are required, with life-long learning encouraged through a strong CE

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and assist with wound care.
• Assist with obtaining and processing orders.
• Assessments and vital signs monitoring.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary clinical team to implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and communication to residents and families.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team.
• Support resident care needs and documentation.
