Qualifications

• Must be a Michigan-licensed LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care with the support of the team across the assigned area.
• Pass medications, perform treatments, monitor care, and oversee staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of each resident’s nursing care with other disciplines.
• Ensure proper resident care standards and practices are followed.
• Communicate with residents, families, and designated representatives about care issues.
• Participate in the orientation of new employees to ensure competency.
