Clark Retirement in Grand Rapids MI is seeking an LPN to deliver quality nursing care in assisted living and memory care communities. You will pass medications, monitor resident health, and coordinate with care teams to ensure safety and compassion.
This role requires Michigan LPN license, knowledge of nursing regulations, and the ability to communicate with residents and families. Work hours are 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday with on-call one weekend per month; onsite location at 2499 Forest Hill Ave
