Avinahc is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing tasks performed by Nursing Assistants. The role coordinates resident care with other disciplines while adhering to Federal and State regulations.

You will maintain a full-time status on shift and participate in ongoing education. Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, medication administration, care conferences, and accurate documentation.

Formación

• Must be currently licensed to practice as an RN or LPN in Wisconsin.
• Full-time status on shift required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in Admission/Discharge process
• Complete accident/incident reports and follow-up
• Transcribe physician orders and review medication orders
• Learn EMR system and adapt to changes
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered
• Participate in Care Planning and conferences
• Coordinate with disciplines to meet resident needs
• Engage in continuing education programs
