SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse, Non-Institutional, to work at the Waccamaw Center for Mental Health's South Strand Office in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, support clinical workflows, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and front office staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Approved nursing education program compliant with SC Nurse Licensure Act.
• Active LPN license to practice in SC.

Aufgaben

• Administer direct patient care, including injections and vital signs per orders.
• Conduct patient screenings and manage telehealth room logistics.
• Coordinate medical appointments and scheduling workflows.
• Serve as PAP Coordinator handling medication assistance paperwork and compliance.
• Maintain medication storage and oversee PAP inventory and shipments.
• Process prior authorizations with physicians for medication approvals.
• Cross-train in Business Office operations for coverage.
• Maintain precise medical records per state/federal/compliance standards.
