Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities invites applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse, Non-Institutional at the Waccamaw Center in Myrtle Beach. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care including injections and vital signs.
• Perform patient screenings and manage telehealth room logistics.
• Coordinate medical appointments and scheduling workflows.
• Oversee medication assistance paperwork and PAP coordination.
• Maintain medication storage and oversee inventory logistics.
• Process prior authorization requests with physicians.
• Cross-train in Business Office operations for coverage.
• Maintain accurate medical records per state and agency standards.
