Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking an LPN Non-Institutional to support adults with serious mental illness at the Spartanburg SAMHC. You will provide injectable medication administration, patient education, and care coordination within a clinical team.

Responsibilities include REMS-guided medication monitoring, documentation accuracy, supply management, and participation in staff meetings. LPN licensure in SC required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have licensure as LPN through the SC Board of Nursing, SC LLR.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to adults with serious mental illness in a culturally competent manner and administer injectable medications.
• Coordinate care per REMS guidelines and manage Clozaril cases with psychoeducation and weekly staffing.
• Maintain medication storage, ordering, and documentation; assist in pharmacy supply checks.
