The Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will perform tests as needed, administer medications, and work with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating with residents and families, and maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered LPN license with state board or multi-state licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, meds, behavior, activity, and diet.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality within an interdisciplinary team.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
