The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan Albion provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, delivering medications and treatments per care plan while maintaining patient safety and compassionate support. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, participate in ongoing education, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold confidentiality.

A valid LPN license and associate degree are preferred, with state licensure and CEU requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state board and CEU requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes and coordinate with care team.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and education.
