Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid LPN license in Missouri is required.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care plans and implements them.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and needs.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Starts IVs and handles required treatments.
• Assigns nursing care tasks to team members.
• Ensures physician orders are followed promptly.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in a safe, clean manner.
