Mount Carmel Care Center in Lenox, MA is hiring an LPN for night shift to provide skilled nursing care in a faith-based, non-profit setting. Competitive hourly pay ($35.50–$40.50) with shift differentials and a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift (11pm–7am).

Full-time and part-time positions exist; benefits include health coverage, PTO, and potential loan guidance. The facility emphasizes mission-driven resident care in a small, boutique LTC environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA.
• BLS Certification required.
• Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning and directing nursing unit activities.
• Check ill residents early in the shift and report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for MDS, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
