Mount Carmel Care Center in Lenox, MA, a faith-based, non-profit long-term care facility (69 beds), is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN). Weekend shifts are 7am–11pm with on-call every 5th week.

Compensation ranges from $39 to $51 per hour based on license and experience. This role focuses on resident assessments, supervising staff on each unit, hands-on nursing care when needed, and ensuring incidents are properly investigated and reported.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN or LPN license.
• Nursing supervision or management experience in long-term care.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform resident assessments.
• Manage staff on each unit and coordinate staffing.
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed.
• Investigate, document, review and report incidents.
• Provide on-call support and admissions oversight when managers are unavailable.
• Communicate with providers, resident families and administration.
