Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current and in good standing.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• IV therapy/management skills may be required in some states (ND example).
• Minimum supervised clinical experience across lifespan as part of PN program or 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under supervision of RN or physician.
• Assess residents and administer medications per care plan.
• Document care, interactions, and outcomes accurately.
• Support interdisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
