The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Center provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. You’ll demonstrate nursing knowledge across the resident’s status, perform assessments and care per the plan, administer meds, and support the health and safety of residents.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate with residents’ families, maintain records, and participate in ongoing competency and education

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN license.
• IV therapy/management skills as required by North Dakota and nursing board.
• Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or equivalent LVN experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards.
