Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Possess an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If IV therapy/management is needed, North Dakota requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and participate in resident assessments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support residents.
