Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift (3x12) in Burlington, Vermont. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care under RN supervision, administering medications, and supporting clinical workflows in a nursing department.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, an active LPN/LVN license in Vermont, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinic experience. This full-time opportunity offers competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience preferred.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions to aid treatment planning.
• Administer medications and provide IV therapy where certified.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to codes per policy.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charts and communicate with the care team.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings to maintain high-quality patient care.
