Job summary

Hemingford Care Center in Hemingford, Nebraska is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team on the NOC shift. You will prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments, monitor resident responses, and assist in infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Nebraska.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English-language clinical information.
• Full range of body motion and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments.
• Record time spent on treatments on the medication/treatment record.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs per facility policy.
• Notify physician of medication/treatment issues and adverse reactions.
• Keep medication cart and room neat and organized.
