Country Meadows in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced LPN to provide high-quality resident care in a home-like, non-institutional setting. You will move beyond the med cart, use assessment skills, and contribute to individualized care plans.

This full-time night shift (7 pm to 7 am) offers starting pay of $35.50/hour, with potential to earn more based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Form bonds with residents, their loved ones and physicians to create care plans using critical thinking, a "big picture" outlook and good judgment.
• Coach co-workers to monitor and support resident's needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
