Job summary

Morningstar Living is hiring an experienced RN Supervisor for Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA, on the evening shift (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). You will lead nursing staff, oversee care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality resident care in a collaborative environment.

The role requires Pennsylvania RN licensure, at least two years in nursing supervision (five preferred), and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Minimum of two years experience in nursing supervision; five years preferred.
• CPR certification and basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Perform resident rounds to assess status and initiate interventions.
• Review and revise care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Assign care tasks to LPNs and aides based on qualifications.
• Administer medications and supervise physician orders.
• Foster safety culture and complete investigations and follow-ups.
