Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance the resident and family experience through dedicated nursing care and leadership. You will provide medication administration per physician orders for Assisted Living residents and guide staff through rounds with a focus on resident safety and well-being.

Under the direction of the Director of Health and Wellness, you will help evaluate care plans, educate and supervise nursing personnel, and ensure compliance with state regulations

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of employment required.
• Three+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications per physician orders for assisted living residents.
• Evaluate and supervise nursing staff during rounds; participate in orientation and education of staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and Grand Living standards in daily care delivery.
