Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance the Resident and family experience by delivering nursing care and leadership for residents in Assisted Living. This full-time role requires coordinating care under the Director of Health and Wellness.

You will administer medications, supervise nursing staff, and help develop personalized care plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and Grand Living standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Three or more years’ nursing experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of employment required.
• Ability to supervise staff and educate others.
• Proficient English communication for resident and family interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications per physician orders.
• Evaluate and supervise nursing personnel and aides; participate in orientation and training of staff.
• Ensure development and execution of personalized care plans under supervision of Health and Wellness leadership.
