Job summary

Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day and night coverage. The role offers hourly pay of $32-$36 with a $2.00/hr night shift differential and opportunities for growth within a dedicated care team.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document patient information, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care that supports residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct patient assessments, report findings, and implement interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure patient needs are met and reported.
• Maintains accurate and timely records of patient care, including medications, treatments, and test results.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
• Supports a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and fellow staff members.
