Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day and night coverage. The role offers hourly pay of $32-$36 with a $2.00/hr night shift differential and opportunities for growth within a dedicated care team.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document patient information, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care that supports residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Full Time |Night Shift 6p-6:30a & Day Shift 6a-6:30p | $32-$36/hour | $2.00/hr Shift Diff for NIGHT SHIFT!

Eligible for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and/or a $10,000 stipend through the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our nursing team.
