Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license is required and in good standing.
• BLS certification required.

• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and responses to care.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards.
