Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Maryland team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, document vital signs, and assist with medications and treatments within established protocols. The role supports a therapeutic milieu across ERC Pathlight facilities.

Must hold an active LPN license in Maryland and a current BLS certification. Strong communication, confidentiality, and composure under pressure are essential for patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state of employment (Required).
• BLS certification (Required).
• Ability to keep patient information confidential (Required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required).
• 1+ year of experience in the mental health field (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN/APP/physician.
• Perform and document vital signs and nursing care.
• Administer medications and manage basic treatments per policy.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure patient safety and therapeutic milieu.
• Cross-train across ERC and Pathlight locations and float as needed.
