ERC Pathlight in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team delivering direct patient care under supervision. You will support medical management, safety, and compassionate care for patients with eating disorders and mood-related conditions.
The LPN will participate in treatment planning, coordinate with the nursing team, and may float to other locations within the region. A valid LPN license and a high school diploma are required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide andassistin direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse,APPor physician. The LPN will provide medical management of patients andassistwith environmental safety and crisis management for the patient populationin accordance withthe legal scope of practice and within established standards of care,policiesand procedures. The LPN willdemonstrateperformance consistent with the Mission,Visionand Strategic Plan of the organization,demonstratequality and effectiveness in work habits and clinicalpracticeand treat coworkers, patients,familiesand all members of the health care team with dignity and respect. The LPN will partner with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
The LPN will crosstrainacross ERC and Pathlight and may berequiredto float or be assigned to other locations/facilities within the Region. The LPN maybe requiredto work on-call shifts based on business needs,in accordance withapplicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
