ERC Pathlight in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under supervision. You will manage patient care tasks, document vitals, and assist with medications while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires an active LPN license, BLS, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Potential to float across ERC Pathlight sites and participate in on-call shifts.

Qualificações

• Must have active LPN license in the state where the job is held.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to keep patient information confidential.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and assist in direct patient care under supervision of RN, APP or physician.
• Manage patient assignment within shift and document vital signs.
• Administer medications and assist with basic medical tasks per regulations.
• Report abnormal changes to RN or provider promptly.
• Collaborate with treatment team to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• May float to other ERC Pathlight locations within the region and support on-call shifts.
