Familyhch in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to support clinical operations in the community. Under supervision of Clinical Supervisor, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and support families with testing and procedures.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required (or compact state)
• CPR certification required
• Pediatric and Family Practice experience preferred, new grads considered
• Typing skills for entering data into the EHR
• Basic computer skills: launching applications, Windows templates in the EHR, tablet use

Responsabilités

• Complete patient assessments
• Administers medications as ordered by providers
• Performs lab tests such as A1C, EKGs, and urinalysis
• Charts accurately in patient EHR
• Provides patient support and education for testing and procedures
• Performs tasks ordered by providers and contacts patients with test results
• Other duties assigned
