Ocean Meadow Senior Living in Clinton, CT is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide nursing care to residents with memory challenges. You will administer medications, support admissions, and help implement care plans under the direction of the director.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration for residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
• Assist with admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation.
• Support implementation of care plans and data collection.
• Monitor wounds and infection control under supervision.
• Provide general health-related consultation to residents.
