Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana (or compact state).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care on Memory Care unit.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations.
• Guide direct care staff (RCAs/CNAs) on Memory Care floor.
• Support residents and families through memory care journey.
