Job summary

Oakdale Seniors Alliance is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) to join the Memory Care team at Robin Run Village in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily activities, and offer companionship tailored to residents living with cognitive impairments.

We value empathy, patience, and reliability as you support residents with dignity, safety, and respect in a dedicated Memory Care environment managed by Oakdale Seniors Alliance.

Qualifications

• CNA certification active in Indiana (required).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with dignity during ADLs.
• Perform memory-support activities and gentle redirection.
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and positioning using safe practices.
• Engage residents in meaningful daily activities to promote cognitive and emotional well-being.
