Job summary

Robin Run Village in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide resident-centered care, monitor health, and support daily living activities.

The successful candidate will hold an active Indiana LPN license, have a passion for seniors, work collaboratively with the nursing team, and communicate effectively with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN license required.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus.
• Passion for working with seniors and patient-centered care.
• Strong observational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
• Monitor residents' health status, observe changes, and document accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other departments to ensure holistic resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
