Job summary

Vicar's Landing Oak Bridge Memory Care is seeking an LPN to deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing within a Montessori-inspired memory care setting. You will work with residents, CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to support clinical wellness and quality of life.

You will administer medications, monitor changes, and document meticulously while following care plans and safety protocols in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and observational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to exercise sound nursing judgment while following care plans.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise and support CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Perform wound, catheter care, specimen collection, vital signs.
• Support Montessori-inspired memory care and meaningful routines.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, therapists, and team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR.
• Ensure infection prevention and safety protocols.
