Vicar's Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Memory Care program. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care to individuals with Alzheimer's and memory-related conditions, under licensed nursing supervision.

You will support daily living activities, document care, and participate in Montessori-inspired programming to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in memory care or related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support per resident care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, toileting.
• Support residents during admissions, transfers, and transitions.
• Observe and report changes to licensed staff.
• Document care in electronic medical records accurately.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Engage residents through Montessori-inspired activities and meaningful engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
