Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Louisiana.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with chemical addiction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone as prescribed, ensuring safe dosing.
• Evaluate and assess new and existing patients to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
• Observe patients after medication administration and assess their response to treatment.
• Collect and document urine specimens and monitor lab work and physicals.
• Create a welcoming, respectful environment where every patient is treated with dignity and compassion.
• Help ensure the treatment center meets all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.
