Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a compassionate Medication Nurse (LPN) to support patients on their recovery journey. You will administer methadone, screen patients, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, respectful clinical environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 4am–1pm with rotating Saturdays 5am–9am. Requirements: Tennessee LPN license, CPR and First Aid. BHG offers flexible schedules, strong benefits, PTO, 401(k) match and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone as prescribed and monitor dosing.
• Screen and assess patients to determine appropriate treatment.
• Observe patients post-dose and document responses.
• Collect urine specimens and monitor lab work.
