Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a compassionate Medication Nurse (LPN) to support patients through recovery. You will administer methadone, assess responses, collect urine samples, and help maintain a respectful, safe treatment environment aligned with regulatory standards.

This role offers a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule with rotating Saturday shifts, competitive hourly pay of $28 plus a bonus structure, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• LPN license current in North Carolina.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone as prescribed and monitor response.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure DEA compliance.
• Onboard and mentor nursing staff and collaborate with care team.
